Pick-up in Store

We can send your online order to any of our stores for a free pickup option. Simply choose the pickup location under delivery at checkout.

Larger/Heavier Items

Delivery of larger items (furniture, water features and pots etc) are contracted to a professional furniture carrier specialists. Delivery is usually arranged within seven days but can take up to 3 weeks. Charges incurred are based on weight or cubic meterage rate.

Courier Information

For speedy and efficient delivery our orders are dispatched via Courier Post. All parcels are tracked with signature required on delivery. If no one is at the delivery address during delivery, the Courier will leave a calling card with details for arranging an alternative delivery time. Please note that we do not deliver to Private Bag or PO Boxes addresses.

Urgent Orders & Saturday Delivery

If you have a super urgent order or require a Saturday delivery we will go out of our way to try and get your parcel delivered in time, please email us at sales@3gteak.co.nz or call us on 07 878 6610 to arrange. A $10 surcharge applies to all urgent deliveries.

Your Obligations

It is imperative that during the order process the correct delivery address is provided. If incorrect delivery details are entered, re-delivery to the correct address will incur an additional delivery charge. If your order is not delivered within 5 days please contact us to action a track and trace. We will contact the courier company for clarification and provide an updated delivery advice. 3G Teak will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.

Insurance

All orders are insured until delivered. Once an order has been delivered to the specified address it is considered completed and we will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery. Please inspect your goods prior to signing for the courier and contact us immediately if your parcel arrives damaged.

Delivery Info

Orders are processed from our Te Kuiti Distribution Centre. We aim to get these away same day or next working day, however, during some periods this may take 2-3 working days. Most parcels are sent via a courier with a tracking number. A tracking number for your order will be emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If we need to get an item from another store there may be a slight delay. If we cannot source any items for your order we will notify you asap.

International Orders

We are able to assist with packing International orders however please be aware freight costs vary according to size, weight and destination. Any brokerage fees, customs duties or other charges that may be imposed on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer..
